Personal Development

The purpose of our personal development module is to provide a space for students to explore mechanisms for maintaining our sense of well being as well as maintaining our mental and emotional health

We start with the premise that good relations are at the core of good mental health.  We explore topics such as, communication strategies, perception of the world, self awareness, coping skills around loss of friendship, rejection and dealing with anxiety. 

We also look at the physical habits which influence our mental well being such as diet exercise drugs and alcohol.
