Couples Dancing

Bishopstown Adult Education are excited to announce a new course to follow on from the success of our previous Meditation and Sound Therapy classes last year. Body Scan & Breathworks is designed to assist in stepping outside the clamour of the week for 1 hour and boost self awareness, foster a deep mid body connection and promote relaxation. On a Monday evening, it is an ideal start to the week and the year of 2026 if you aim to usher new change into your day to day.

This introductory sign language course in BCS is designed for beginners to learn foundational skills of Irish sign language. This course is designed to give participants the ability to communicate with confidence using ISL. It is a also suitable for anybody who would like to progress towards courses such as ISL level 1 and us a vital starting point for practice and understanding of the language.
