Dear families,

Before you begin to fill in our enrolment form online, please make sure you have the following items scanned and available on your device:

• A copy of your child's birth certificate

• A copy of your child's Irish Exemption Certificate (if their Primary School has granted them an exemption)

• A copy of any psychological or educational assessments.

You are also welcome to drop these forms into reception or send them to us in the post.
