​Personalise your home and more with the art of macramé. Natalia will teach a seven week beginners course in which you will be familiarised in the art form and how to progress onto waving and creating functional items for your home and lifestyle. There will be two popular projects will be made, a pot plant holder and a bag. This timeless Bohemian art form will also help you towards creating other projects independently such as shelving and hanging wall ornaments.
Yin Yoga

​Danni Waters, former studio owner of “Ganesha”, will guide this Yin Yoga class that aims to nourish the inner body and mind. Yin yoga is a unique form of yoga in that it extends the fascia, the ligaments joints and bones network of our bodies, as well as deep into the mind so that we can bend and not break when life and work commitments inevitably pile up.
Special Needs Assistant

Complete course will be offered over two terms, autumn and spring.
For people who wish to pursue a career in working with children with special needs as an assistant with an educational setting. Your tutor is a former tutor of CSN in Cork and has many years teaching experience with this course.
Special needs assisting course aims to 
-Ensure adequate training of the Special Needs Assistant
-Promote understanding of the role of SNA in the classroom
-equip the SNA with the necessary skills and knowledge for rewarding career
Work Experience 
Candidates will have to complete at least 30 hours working with individuals with special needs under the age of 18 in an educational setting, or similar during the course. This work experience may be of a paid or voluntary nature. Guard vetting will be required.
Entry Requirements
Candidate to do not currently work in this area must be prepared to undertake the work experience outlined above. All learners must be fluent in English.
Special Need Assisting
Level 6 and certified by QQI.
To begin in the Spring term of 2025, proceeding the special-needs assisting level 5 course. Entry requirements are a level 5 SNA or equivalent qualification.

Cork Sports Partnership are delighted to launch NEW Women & Teens Beginners Hockey Programme. This course is a fantastic way to not only learn the rudiments of the game but enjoy the game. It is open to anyone who has previously played or would like to play hockey during their week. These social programmes will introduce women and teenage girls to the basics of hockey in a fun and supportive setting. A great sport to try now the winter evenings are setting in! All equipment is provided!

CrickHITT is an exciting and energetic amalgamation of Cricket and a HIIT class whereby you were playing a sport and getting a workout. Learn new skills of this popular sport all while in a supportive and inclusive environment. Be part of a team and have fun getting fit.
